Loved gymnastics as a kid? Or have been wanting to try out gymnastics as an adult? This class is an opportunity to experience the fun and challenge of gymnastics again as an adult.

Adult gymnastics is a great way to meet new people while being active.

At Seacoast Gymnastics Center located in the Lilac Mall in Rochester NH, we are having Adult Gymnastics Classes on Mondays at 7-8 starting on 8/15!

Non-experienced/experienced gymnasts welcome!

class structure

Class time includes 20 minutes of warm up/active stretch/strength training, 20 minutes of an event, and 20 minutes of open gym! And it is a $20 drop in! Come and join us!

Beginner as well as advanced gymnasts are welcomed in this class.

what to wear

Comfortable athletic clothing, or a leotard with shorts if you prefer.

who may participate

This is a co-ed class for those ages 18+. All levels from complete beginner to advanced gymnasts are welcome. You are never too old to start or continue gymnastics!

what if i've never done gymnastics, or it's been soooo long since i have?

If you are nervous about giving this a try, no need to worry! We promise to make you feel comfortable and at easy. You will have a great time if you decide to come give it a try. After the first class, you'll wonder why you were nervous! We have students at all levels in class.

how do I get starteD?

Simply show up at Seacoast Gymnastics Center inside the Lilac Mall on Monday evenings at 7pm! No pre-registration required.
