Fusion Fit Adult Gymnastics Program

I started this adult gymnastics program about a year ago. I'm a former gymnast myself and coached competitive club gymnastics for 12 years.

I currently have a few classes weekly and am adding an option to compete this fall. I'm also creating an Adult Gymnastics CEC certification for personal trainers as that is also where my background is in (personal training, coaching, nutrition and paddle boarding).

We're located in Bluffton, South Carolina (just outside of Hilton Head and between Charleston and Savannah, GA.
