I haven't actually attended a class there yet since I haven't moved back to CA yet, however, I did speak to someone on the phone asking about adult classes and this is the information I was given:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 3pm
Sunday at 1pm
Occasional "Friday Fun Nights"
$10 per class
Open gym also offered
