this year will be the 15th camp!

group 2025 adult gymnastics camp2026 will be our 15th camp! We love how the strength of our camp community grows each and every year.

see the review from the last camp in 2025 by clicking here!

This past year, the 14th camp continued to be a hugely popular event with 60 attending athletes. Back by popular demand this year was a competition clinic for Xcel and DP levels, a competitive routine feedback, group lunch at a classic seafood restaurant, and a Watch Party featuring the US Classic. New this year were a recovery rotation, complementary Bemer recovery therapy and two mini clinics focused on the needs of beginner gymnasts. We capped camp off with a trip to downtown Portsmouth for lunch at the State Street Saloon! ➡️ Read the full 2025 Camp Review now.

we are THE world's FIRST ADULT-ONLY GYMNASTICS CAMP! that's why we are called "the original"

Come to a 3-day camp where competitive and recreational adult gymnasts of all levels can learn at their own pace alongside our internationally recognized staff! The Original Adult Gymnastics camp features structured training on Vault, Bars, Beam, 2 full Floors plus TumblTrak, Trampoline, Strap Bar and Dance, and all 18+ are welcome! The facility has resi pits, a loose foam pit, strap bars, highway beams, and a TumblTrak vault. You may skip events and double up on others if you prefer. You are an adult, after all! 😀 We offer 13 hours of instruction over 3 days plus an educational clinic and 2 groups meals you may opt into if you like.

In addition to group training we always extra coaches available that you can approach to ask for individualized help. There are contests and games along the way with fun prizes too! We always include structured options during our 3 hour open gym that includes:

  • Competitive Clinic to Create Routines for Xcel or DP levels
  • Choreography Breakdown
  • Beginner Clinics
  • Conditioning
  • Trampoline Instruction
  • Yoga

The training you will receive is amazing and you will be sure to have a coach who has experience and loves teaching adults. We have around 6 groups covering all levels (and including brand-new beginner or decades of rusty!) so you are sure to feel right at home with your current skills and ability. Even if it's your very first day of gymnastics, you are welcome to attend our camp. Our groups for competitive gymnasts and those with a high skill level are also plentiful. We have expanded our staff to boast ratios of 6 campers per coach.

we will have multiple beginner, intermediate and advanced groups for event training, but also entire group activites

This ensures that all athletes get the attention they need in a comfortable and productive way! We also have entire group warmups, contests, games and social activities to ensure that we all get to know each other no matter what our skill level. Making new friends and enjoying this supportive and inclusive community is one of the very best parts of camp! We often have injured athletes (it is gymnastics after all...) who still come along to do what they can and soak in the atmosphere.

Watching at times rather than participating is highly welcomed and encouraged! We also have an Athletic Trainer on hand to keep everyone safe and provide treatments. Meghan Mello appeared on Jeopardy in 2022 and gave a shout-out to our Camp that we greatly appreciate! We plan to have complementary Bemer therapy sessions available again this coming year, which helped the athletes' bodies last until day 3 of camp. The difference in how athletes felt after their Bemer treatments was remarkable! We have never had as many gymnasts performing so well into the third day of Camp.

TESTIMONIAL FROM A FIRST-TIME CAMPER!

Thank you for creating the amazing, supportive, diverse and professional Adult Gymnastics camp. You gave an excellent overview about what to expect in your emails before the camp, but I never could have imagined the wonderful energy that surrounded each of us as we did our best to move forward with our conditioning and skills.

You have created something much more than an adult gymnastics camp.

Thank you!

Mary

feedback from another brand-new camper

What a great thing you have created with this adult gymnastics camp. You’ve done more than just create a community of people who love gymnastics. I had so many people share their personal stories with me on this trip and you’ve created an environment of healing in so many different ways for so many different people. It was a really beautiful thing to see. I’m looking forward to coming back again next year. I literally felt like a kid again excited for summer camp!

2 MAJOR AIRPORTS AND A BUS LINE SERVE CAMP.

There are 2 major airports within an hour (Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and Logan International Airport). There is also a smaller airport in Portsmouth called Pease. Starting Friday afternoon and ending Sunday early evening if you are in the area and need a ride you should not need a vehicle, unless you want to go sight-seeing on your own. There are always folks willing to offer rides.

Rideshares such as Uber/Lyft are also great options if you are choosing not to rent a vehicle.

From the Manchester airport to Exeter/Brentwood- There is no public transportation from this airport to Brentwood/Exeter. The drive is about 40 minutes.

From Logan Airport- The C&J bus offers lines from the airport to Portsmouth, NH. Rideshare would be needed to get from Portsmouth to Brentwood/Exeter (about a 30-minute drive from Brentwood or a 25-minute drive from Exeter).
